Having access to one on one training, equipment and information in a private setting is the essential difference between Personal Trainer Monique Weinandt  and every other Trainer.

Body Motivated Video
Body Motivated is a challenge, yet a rewarding total body workout created by fitness innovator & Private  Personal Trainer Monique Weinandt.  Monique will lead you through this easy-to-follow super fun workout designed to burn calories, strengthen your back & build lean muscles while improving flexibility, balance and coordination. 

Go at your own pace, push hard or go slow & learn something new.  Modifications & instruction given throughout the program make it easy to adapt the moves to one's varying level of ability.  This program was developed through Monique's years of study in martial arts & health and will challenge you to attain your next level of fitness & strength.  

No equipment is needed, although a heart rate monitor is recommended.  Just get up & push play each day & do your best.  Twenty two rounds of different combinations to keep you inspired & challenged. Each round is 2:00 minutes of butt kicking, muscle working, heart rate elevating, breath taking fun, without equipment!  Never get bored as you see the sweet drip off your body & feel your muscles ach for the next break.
Approx.Total workout time :56 minutes with a bonus of some bag work.
*Two formats, DVD or CD, so all you need is your ipod.
